I know I talk about this often, but childhood really does fly by. If you’re a young mom, you may not feel like that, with days filled with piles of laundry, dishes, and shuttling kids to and fro. I’ve heard it said that the “days are long but the years are short” for us moms, and boy, does it feel like that! As a mom myself, I have unique perspective on watching littles ones grow up; both my own and the children of my clients. If I could share one thing, it would be to capture every childhood memory that you can! Summers, filled with with their rope swings, pool days, and vacations slip by in a blink of an eye, and they also make for some of the most beautiful portraits.
I started taking this little guy’s photos when he was just two years old. Now, he is a strong and handsome six year old, and I’ve gotten to continue our tradition of doing his photos when he visits his grandparents each summer. This fun, breezy shoot truly captures all the things I love about summer and childhood innocence. Why not catch the end of the summer of 2016, and book a session today?
